Microstock Order

If you want to use a picture for your own publication, write a mail to fotoprojekt@insightout.at. Please add "microstock order" to the concerning entry. Be sure to tell us the title of the picture, your full name / company name, and address. All prices indicated to not includ value added tax.

• After having paid the microstock fee you may publish the purchased picture for any kind of publishing use; you may not trade the picture or manipulate it in a way which changes the original meaning of the picture or discredit a person shown on the picture. Please, add "Foto: www.insightout.at" near the published picture. In case of internet it should be an active link to www.insightout.at. Minimum letter size: 8p.

Microstock Bestellung

Möchten Sie ein Bild für Ihre eigenen Publikationen verwenden, schreiben Sie eine entsprechende Mail an fotoprojekt@insightout.at. Bitte "Microstock-Bestellung" in die Betreffzeile schreiben. In der Mail unbedingt den Bildtitel (links unten neben jedem Bild), Ihren rechtsverbindlichen Namen bzw. Firmenwortlaut, die vollständige Rechnungsanschrift und – falls davon abweichend – Ihren persönlichen Namen (Kontaktperson) angeben. Die Preisangaben neben den Bildern enthalten keine Mehrwertsteuer.

• Nach der Bezahlung der Microstock-Gebühr können Sie dieses Bild unlimitiert und für jeden Publikationszweck verwenden; nicht jedoch als Handelsgut oder nach Manipulationen in der Weise, dass seine wesentliche Bildaussage verfälscht oder eine darauf abgebildete Person in Misskredit gebracht wird / werden. Als Bildhinweis ist dem veröffentlichten Bild "Foto: www.insightout.at" hinzuzufügen. Bei Internet-Publikationen ist der Text als aktives Link zu www.insightout.at auszuführen. Die Schriftgröße für diesen Hinweis muss mindestens 8p betragen.

Pedido de Microstock

Si usted quiere usar una imágen para sus propias publicaciones, escriba un mail a fotoprojekt@insightout.at, con el asunto "pedido de microstock". También debe escribir el título de la imágen, nombre completo y/o nombre de la firma y la dirección completa. Los precios indicados no contienen el i.v.a.

• Después del pago del impuesto usted puede usar la imágen comprada de forma ilimitada; pero no como producto comercial. Está prohibido manipular las imagenes en cualquier forma que pueda producir una falsificación esencial de la imágen o la discreditación del modelo presentado. Como leyenda escriba "Foto: www.insightout.at" bajo su publicación. En caso de publicaciones en internet la leyenda debe tener el siguiente link activo: www.insightout.at y el tamaño de la escritura como mínimo 8p.
